Today, I’ll let you in on what we had our green-thumbed guru, Shawn, pot up and stick in our indoor greenhouse on May 16, 2023. We’re starting some aromatic herbs that’ll liven up your kitchen and your garden both. Here’s the rundown for our Zone 7a friends.

Genovese Basil and Purple Dark Opal Basil

We started with some Genovese Basil and Purple Dark Opal Basil. They’re classic, versatile herbs that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Italian Giant Parsley and Forest Green Parsley

Next, we potted some Italian Giant Parsley and Forest Green Parsley. These vibrant, leafy greens are a staple in any garden, easy to grow and packed full of flavor.

Cilantro, Tulsi Holy Basil, and Thai Basil

And lastly, we added some Cilantro, Tulsi Holy Basil, and Thai Basil to the mix. Each of these herbs brings a unique flavor profile to the table, and they’re all sure to make a splash in any dish.

Each of these aromatic herbs was potted up and placed in our indoor greenhouse with care, ensuring they have the best possible start to life. We’re expecting a bountiful harvest in late July to early August 2023, and we can’t wait to share the results with you.
